CAN ANYONE HELP ME BECAUSE I TRIED TO USE THE MAYA NEGOSYO AND I USE THE QRPH AFTER THE TRANSACTION I RECEIVED A SMS THAT THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL BUT WHEN I LOOK AT THE APP IT WAS NOT REFLECTING

Can anyone help me because i tried to use maya business, and I used my gcash to scan QRPH and pay then I received a SMS from mayabez that the payment was successful but when I look at my maya business account balance the balance is still 0. In short, it's not reflecting.
