Leaving my position....

I've been a part time Whole Body TM for almost a year, and I'm thinking of putting in my 2 weeks notice this week, but wanted advice...Should I do it? I have a full time job already and WF is my part time job...

Here are my reasons for wanting to quit:

-My TL is a huge micromanager...like, hovers around and tells me what to do constantly... Also, every shift, he finds some mistake to "correct", or a comment to make, eg: "go refill the flax seed from another shelf!" "Put all of the extra protein powders in one box!" Etc...

-I was only trained for one day and then they left me alone to close the dept....of course, I made mistakes, and when I made them, passive aggressive texts were sent to a whole body group chat, calling me out for my mistakes.

-The other part time TM tattles on me frequently to the TL if I ever do anything wrong (mistakes are small and I was making them due to lack of training/knowledge) and then he comes and scolds me

-TL is very neurotic and OCD and has to have things done his way

-Other TM's at my store are unfriendly, and I spend my entire shifts alone/isolated...I've tried to chat with people, but everyone keeps to themselves.

I'm hesitant to quit because I have good hours and Whole Body dept is easy...but my TL is horrible. Does it ever get better? Should I try to go to another store? I'm nervous about my current TL saying something negative about me to the new store.

Help with neck

I'm 41 and I've had neck "bands" since I was young...however, since turning 40, they've become a lot deeper/more noticeable, along with sagging skin....My neck is my biggest insecurity and it has aged faster than the rest of my face. I've been using Taz 0.1% nightly along with a moisturizer, but I haven't seen much change. Do you all think it's time for professional treatments? What would help? I haven't tried red light therapy or anything like that. It seems like topical treatments aren't helping.
