We’re looking for a male flatmate (preferably a working professional) to take a single room in our preoccupied semi-furnished 3BHK in JP Classic, Sector 134, Noida. Move-in is from 1st May.

RENT DETAILS

Rs 9,000–10,000/month

Maintenance ~Rs 5,200 total (split among 3 ≈ Rs 1,700 per person)

Common items (washing machine, fridge, RO) will be set up and shared among 3 (split on actuals)

FLAT DETAILS

Semi-furnished 3BHK in a well-maintained society

Individual washrooms for each room

Room has a built-in large almirah (no other furniture)

New agreement will be made with all 3 tenants

ABOUT US / WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Prefer someone working and responsible

Clean and hygienic (important)

Non-smoker

Not into heavy partying

We prefer a calm, respectful setup — occasional guests are fine, but not frequent gatherings
