I (25F) am starting a job that requires traveling. I will travel 2-3 weeks out of the month but spending weekends at home.

A normal travel week schedule looks like -
M - Fly out morning
T-Thu - work area
Friday - fly back home

I realize a lot of men will not be okay with this schedule and I completely understand that. How to find men who are interested in that? And how to maintain a relationship with this schedule?

I do not plan on keeping this schedule permanently. It’s an awesome career opportunity so I see myself staying her 2-3 years and then getting something with less to no travel.
