I completed my training in mysore and came to dc last month . It's been one month in bench. I got a call initially but i couldn't crack it. I've been assigned work profile in python full stack and asked to complete. And my unit head are telling if not complete in a month you'll be getting hr calls and pip chances of termination. How true is that? And how long is the bench period and what if i couldn't complete the work profile on time since the attempts are very less
