How do I see oncoming traffic that is in a valley when I am on a sloped hill?

There is about 12-15 seconds of blindness that happens when I try to leave my house. A little less if I am in a taller vehicle, even more of in a sedan. I have the worst blind spot situation, and a 32" convex mirror at 6' tall did absolutely nothing to make it better. I am trying to find if there are alternatives out there, maybe a magnifying mirror, or some other device I can use to get out of my driveway without fear of collision. I have not been able to find a magnifying mirror, but did see a rectangular one that was a hair longer. Some post from a year ago mentioned using motion sensors to indicate cars, but I also want visitors to be able to leave safely as well. Would a taller post make this all better? I am having a heck of a time finding anything over 10'. Maybe a flag pole? Hoping a hive mind can help!

How to break down cat urine

Big question, I have had the incredible challenge of trying to destroy cat urine. It's virtually impossible, using commercial enzyme cleaners, in my experience. There is always some residual odor. So now I'm looking at it from a chemical structure.

Cat urine includes Felinine, Cat Ketone, uric acid.

Would oxidizing the thiol bond be enough to rid the smell? Would also follow the oxidation with an enzyme cleaner?
