I’m on 50mg of zoloft and 300mg of wellbutrin and I’m still incredibly fatigued all the time, no matter how much sleep I get. For background, I have CPTSD and some complex dissociation (still narrowing in on a diagnosis with my therapist). The fatigue is getting ridiculous, to the point even when driving during the day, I’ll have to stop at a gas station to rest so I’m not driving recklessly. Caffeine doesn’t touch it anymore, and energy drinks are only so helpful.

Does anyone know of any alternatives to zoloft other than the wellbutrin I’m already on that doesn’t cause this extreme fatigue? I swear, I could sleep for a thousand years and still need a nap when I woke up.
