Is my reasoning here correct?
Sex has always been such a taboo topic and the funniest thing is that it isn’t even that big of a deal, all the secrecy and mystique around it is for absolutely no reason.
As I have grown up I have realised the more educated you are things become so much more easier for you. People worry that ‘Ladkiya haath se nikal jaaegi’ if they are more educated and that is so necessary. You can’t let anyone dictate your life choices.
Recently I was talking to a friend regarding one night stands. Now we are from a comparatively restricted community but I told him that surely one night stands and casual dating might be happening quite often if we think of our country as a whole. People are generally lonely and feel the need for physical intimacy and it makes sense why they would go for casual dating, situationship or whatever else works out for them. He replies with how women like these are the ones ruining society and I say that I am sure the men must be having the sex too because all women aren’t lesbians.
And then it hit me, the behaviour of Indian men would turn off one from even having a casual relationship with them leave alone a serious one. The kind of misogyny you cab hear in each of their sentences baffles me and then they complain of male loneliness epidemic. So is my reasoning correct here and are men responsible for their own loneliness epidemic? What do you guys think about this?
