Just bought this 2005 dodge ram 3500 4x4 with the 48re, 1st to 2st would shutter did some research and did the governor solenoid block conversion along with the transducer solenoid. After doing a transmission relearn the 1st to 2nd shift now takes 10-15 seconds I’m almost stuck in 1st gear and have to let go of the gas for it to shift sometimes. I was digging deeper and found out about the TTVA, I ran the auto zero test and full pan test both said complete and passed. Going into the live data my target and actual values are 10% off and stay 10% off with pressing the gas. Is this 100% my issue? If I replace this what’s the likelihood of clearing up my 1-2 shift or is my transmission looking like it’ll need a rebuild?
