Lost baggage, no help from support
Hi! This is probably a longshot but if anyone has any tips or numbers we can properly contact KLM via that would be greatly appreciated! We flew with KLM and on the way through a transfer 1 of 3 luggages were lost. We have important medication in that luggage and it has been lost for over 48hrs now. No one answers on any of the phone numbers we have been given, the airport has no idea where the luggage is, official KLM tracking service for the lost luggage doesn't show an update more than that we have started the process for it. The only communication that has worked is their whatsapp but they are woefuly unable to help. All they say is that according to their system the lost luggage is expected to be loaded and shipped on a flight that landed yesterday!
