does anyone else have itching without a rash or hives?
the main symptom i have is just itchiness that feels like it’s coming from inside. like ants crawling all over me in separate places at different times. it keeps me up all night and sometimes leads into the next day. i get really hot and anxious when it’s happening. it’s driving me crazy. currently in the process of seeing an allergist and waiting for blood tests results but i’m afraid this won’t be a straightforward diagnosis. does anyone else experience this because i don’t see this symptom mention much. my doctor doesn’t think it’s MCAS bc i don’t have many other symptoms that would classify it as that so im convinced it’s histamine intolerance. i’m going crazy.
i also experience anxiety after eating sometimes. and tightness in my throat
