2022 Rogue SL Engine dead at 56k
Was driving home from a flag tournament and over the course of 15s vibration —> Light —> white smoke -> side of the interstate. Had the engine bearing test about 2000mi ago no issues. Literally just died out of nowhere. To Nissan’s credit they had me towed and at a dealership in less than an hour. Now I have to wait for them to approve an engine and cat replacement as well as a loaner/rental. Wanted to share so others know how quickly the failure happens. They said it could be 3 weeks to 8 weeks depending on parts.
