Just finished the TH books. Like Phil says, indeed lighter stuff
Read them after the great recommendations here.
I'll admit, the first two books (audio, on 1.3 speed) were a bit of a slog for me. I almost DNF. And compared to IGS (and comparison is unavoidable), amateurish. The third was better, and the fourth was excellent, making the series worth it :).

IGS, is a true masterpiece. The character depth, the world descriptions and variety, and the phenomenal story. Can't wait for the 5th book. Hope there won't be a 6-month wait between the main release and the audio this time ;)
