“Tennis” Elbow
Any tips kung paano mas mabilis magheal ang tennis elbow? After almost two months, nag-improve naman based sa mga exercises na ginagawa ko. Usually, nakirot lang siya during and after the game for almost 2 days compared before. I play once a week. I try to loosen my grid and avoid hitting forehand volleys, forehand drives and overheads. I also avoid using my arms for power and use my hips instead.
Recently, I learned na nakakatulong din yung mga shock absorption grip and paddle. May plan ako bumili soon kasi sumasakit nga yung elbow lalo kapag nararamdaman ko yung vibration from my paddle. By the way, saan nakakabili ng original Hesacore Gel grip? Meron ba sa Pickle Lab sa MOA?
Any suggestions for tennis elbow healing? Just really wanted to play more often. Thank you in advance.
