Why are kitchen blockers expensive?
What do you recommend for kitchen blockers that arent so expensive and value for money? Thank you!

Been playing for about 8 months now and I think I’m ready to upgrade from my well beloved and ever reliable Vatic Pro Vsol 7!
Ang gusto ko dito, grabe yung control and forgiveness. Bukod sa talagang sanay na talaga ako sa kanya. Kaso nabibitin na ako sa pop hehe
Meron ba same user nito before and nagchange into a more powerful one? Tell me about it please :)
Whats a good paddle for a price range of 5k-10k. Preferably a paddle with power. A beginner but I have a long history of playing badminton and table tennis. Thank you for those who will answer
I’m more of a power player and probably hit drives around 70% of the time, so I’m looking for a paddle that complements that playstyle. I’ve only tried the Luzz Cannon once, but I really liked how forgiving it felt and how solid the sweet spot was.
As for the Enhance Duo, it’s not available in local stores here, but based on what I’ve seen online, it seems to be one of the more popular Gen 4-style foam paddles lately, especially since it offers solid performance at a more affordable price point compared to other premium foam-core paddles.
For players with a similar playstyle, which paddle would you lean toward?
A bit of googling suggest leg compression sleeves or compression socks. I'd appreciate opinions from athletic people or anyone with experience wearing them.
Please help your trentahin uncle enjoy pickleball more. Salamat in advance.
Hi everyone, whats your opinion for a first paddle?
Which is better to get? Thanks!
Di ba kayo karmahin niyan mga boss? Hehe
Akala ko nung una mga 29 or something lang then upon double checking na sa mismong OP 36 na pala kami.
Ang matindi pa,naglaro pa ung isang orga. so bale ung players on the court is 37 na. So sobra na nga nakisali pa ung isa. 😅 300 pa naman binayaran namin.
Hello! I need your thoughts please. I’ve been playing pickleball for 6 months now and my current paddle is the Vatic VSol Pro. I’m planning to upgrade and I’m choosing between the US Boomstik and the Joola Perseus V. Which one is better? Or are there any better paddles out there aside from these two that you can suggest? TYSM 🙏🏻
I know na common target points ang shoulders, knees and feet as these areas are hard to defend. Pero nakaka inis lang if you’re getting body bagged numerous times especially since recreational play lang naman and I’m not here to get injured. Mostly out yung tira nila pero ipoposition nila sa body mo to score a point
First, I was hit sa chest. Medyo masakit but I brushed it off since part of the game. Next one, I tried to block pero nag roll off sa hands ko since ang lakas talaga ng palo. I had to leave the game early and was substituted kasi nasugat yung fingers ko and hindi nag c clot yung sugat, tuloy tuloy lang ang tulo.
The next game sila uli ang naka match up then yung partner ko (high inter) naman ang muntik tamaan sa face buti nalang na block nya ng konti ng paddle.
Common ba to lol i’m so confused been playing for 6 months pero first time ko maka encounter ng ganitong players tho first time ko lumabas ng club for OP
Bat ganon 😭😂 parang wala ng legit na interm OP ngayon.. kung meron man pa reco naman! Makati/pasig/manda area
Hello,
can someone recommend? yung near ortigas lang sana. 😄
thanks
i ordered my very first paddle from luzz shopee mall (originally 3,300+ but 2700+ after vouchers) with 2 balls as free gift and after an hour siguro, nagmessage yung seller sakin na wala na daw palang stock yung gusto kong design so nag ask ako na baka magrerestock sila this week, i can wait pa naman. sabi nila they can ship from china since sa ph lang yun out of stock. so i’m hell yeah basta makuha ko lang yun. i expressed my sadness about losing the vouchers (sorry po gusto ko talaga makatipid as much as possible lol) kasi di ko na sila makita pagcheckout. then they said bibigyan nila ako ng exclusive voucher + free gift the lo and behold….i was able to get the same exact paddle but with a free bag and 4 balls for only 2,400+ dahil sa binigay nila na shop voucher and i was surprised i got an additional platform voucher.
sharing some screenshots of my convo with the seller/CS and i find it kinda cute parang friends lang hahahaha sana dumating nga yung mga dapat dumating, i’m so excited!
kinda too good to be true but i’ll take it.
Guys! Help! My budget is 1,500 below. Hirap na hirap na ako mag-isip o hanap ng paddle na okay for me bilang beginner. For now no plans to join tournament. Gusto ko lang mas maging consistent sa pag pickle ball at mas matuto pa kaya plan ko mag buy ng mura lang pero okay na rin as beginner. Help guys! Hahaha
Background: mjolnir 16mm elongated- bought it on first day of release. Had it for 6 months. Weekly (at least 3x a week) play.
Reactor titanium widebody: received on may 13. 3x open play and one tournament.
Before the comparison I just want to say: pop and power are two different things. A paddle can have pop but not a lot of power, and vice versa.
Pop is how fast the ball leaves the paddle. A poppy paddle means the ball launches right off the face. It doesn't have dwell time. AKA stiff. Opposite is soft, meaning it there's dwell time. the ball stays on the paddle face longer. Giving you more control on the ball. Power is how well the paddle drives the ball at rest. Like your serves, drives, and smashes.
Comparison:
Feel: mjolnir- soft+dense.
Reactor- stiffer+dense.
Both has dwell time (good for control)
Reactor is more poppy, but still controllable. (not as poppy as boomstik)
Mjolnir is soft and has excellent dwell time. Absorbs the ball more than reactor. Actually has no pop since it's soft.
Grit: out of the box, Reactor has more grit. One of the roughest paddle faces I've ever touched (obviously except durable grits). Reminds me of Infinigrit of selkirk. Can't speak about durability yet.
Mjolnir has okay grit, but after 6 months of play, it is already smooth. Typical for a carbon fiber paddle.
Power: both has excellent power. No noticeable difference.
Sweet spot: Mjolnir: small sweet spot. Off center hits shakes the paddle. Less forgiving. But after putting 6grams on 3 and 6, the sweet spot is very good.
Reactor: very good sweet spot. Can't say it's better than mjolnir since I have the widebody, which naturally has a larger sweet spot. No added weights needed.
Honestly, between these two, I would choose the reactor. Dahil sa grit, longer handle on the widebody (ang ikli ng handle ng widebody mjolnir) and yung design (kasi may design yung sa sweet spot ng mjolnir). Gusto ko rin yung added pop ng titanium surface ng reactor (this is just a preference). Main difference talaga yung grit, as in sobrang gaspang para talagang infinigrit. Yung mjolnir kasi average lang yung texture.
If I'm going to buy again, it's definitely the reactor. Same price range but with the better design and grit. If you have any questions, tanong lang kayo.
where do y’all buy ur pb shoes? esp. asics what are the stores online na legit talaga na nag bbenta at orig huhu, andaming lumalabas pero idk kung okay ba yung shop, may nakita kasi ako na legit yung shop yung binebenta lang hindi 😭😭😭
Hi! I have been playing pickleball for a little over two months now and using the 6.0 Coral for around 1.5 months. I would rate myself as high novice (2.5 - 2.99).
Current feedback ko with Coral: Good Sweet Spot and Control but lacks Power and Spin
Is upgrading to J2CR Blue Grit / Vapor Power 2 Hexgrit worth it for the Power and Spin?
UPDATE: Tried putting 3g tungsten strips 2 and 10 o'clock. Really help with the power and stability. Will have to practice control with the new feel.
Hi. I just got home from another OP from a certain "community". Medyo na off lang ako kung pano mag stack ng paddles. Imagine after waiting for 20 mins after my 3rd game, I noticed my paddle was moved like 3 times to the farthest stack everytime magpapalit. I also tried checking and making myself visible baka kako mahiya sakin but to no avail. I decided just to go home nalang kesa sayangin yung oras ko kakaantay na baka maging finally fair.
P.S. This is not the first time I noticed this.
