Most Scammers will give a fake Carousel account (old account but bought by the scammer). This will give you the sense that it is a trusted account. Do not fall for it. Same goes to other social media accounts if they provide one.
If face to face transaction is not an option, then do remember the likelihood of getting scammed.
Be wary of too good to be true deals.

So sa work ko we have a team. We do important work like emergency that can become life and death situation real fast. Rescue and all that. I cant be too specific obviously.
Ngayon yung isang kasama ko nagkamali siya. As in an embarrassing way and syempre may consequences yon (buti nalang this time hindi siya critical situation, like someone may potentially die, minor lang), so yung ibang team is naabala dahil sa mali niya.
Tapos they want to identify who was the person who made a mistake. But since this other team is close ko (kasi former workmates ko din) they immediately called me to investigate.
Dito yung mali ko, in the heat of the moment and at the insistence of a more senior employee, pina identify kung sino yung erring employee. at first, ako nalang nagsorry at honest mistake naman.
pero nag insist yung other team kasi dahil dun sa mistake e napahiya din sila sa trabaho nila na as if kanila yung mistake (cause they were operating based on a wrong info) as in muka silang tanga.
So to pacify them and totally mali naman ng teammate ko I immediately had to give her up.
The other team just laughed it off. also ours. We were just laughing it off. pero yung member na nagkamali is di madrawing an nawong. hehehe
ngayon siguro coping mechanism niya is sa akin siya nagfocus. iniissue niya na nilaglag ko daw siya. Am I the assh\*le???
in my defense, 1) hindi ako nakialam at nagvolunteer ng name niya.
the mistake was really embarrassing that magiging tampulan siya ng tukso for the following days talaga at dun ako nagi guilt haha
But I think I didnt do that situation. it was her mistake. I tried to be kind rather than to be right but trabaho muna talaga and as I said we do important work.

Earlier today I called out a scammer selling too good to be true prices for his Kobo.
And apparently he tried to take revenge by making up stories that I raped him/her/it.
Please please be vigilant on those rush unbelievable prices. Lets us all avoid another 5k Kindle Scam.

User Glittering_Rule7071 tried to make a fake post with a fake story that I raped him/her/it.
And my assumption why and who is this user, SweetAd8728. Earlier today I called out that his SCAM to my fellow bookworms with his too good to be true Kobo ereaders prices in r/Phbookclub. When I called out his scam, since this has happened before in PHBookclub, he immediately PMed me and deleted his post.
Now, I thought that was the end of it. But ive been getting PMs and Comments saying that Im a rapist and all sorts of negative words. Basically I was being cancelled for something that isnt true.
When I checked the account, it was a 1month old account (similar to the Scammer). Also, they both have one similar subreddit which is r/ScammersPH.
Plus, his "awareness post" in this subreddit was posted immediately after I called out the Scam in r/PHbookclub. I guess this was his way of coming back at me for ruining his Failed Scam.
Now, this person claimed I raped him/her/it. Plus posted some text messages that I threathen this person. I DARE this person to show the number of that Message so that people can see who truly owns the number.
Remember to not immediately believe everything you read here in Reddit.
Also, I would like to thank those who PM and replied on my old posts/comments. Even though they were negative and full of words I cant even describe, they were still the ones that made me aware someone is harrasing me.

Ako, im planning to spend some decent amount for myself. Something like thr bucket list kind of activities. then invest the remaining on something na pwede ma pass on to family/friends.

I work in a business that offers me the privilege of having a car for work and personal use. Plus some gas incentive every 15 days. I usually have almost half tank full 15th and 30th.
The car is a 2017 Vios. It truly helps with my commute from home to store and other places I need to be for work. And also my weekend mall/chores.
Downside lang cguro is noticeable yung design ng car kung saan ako nag work. Like really noticeable. Awkward nga sometimes if I use it during weekends. And also, this car will not be mine in the future.
I have been enjoying this privilege for many years but when the car was damaged during an accident recently, I couldnt use it for almost a month. So it made me think to buy a personal car.
But here's the challenge, i dont think ill be using the car that much since work car is to be used daily and has free gas. If ever I do use the personal car, it's most likely during weekends only.
Any thoughts on how I should look and opinions at this? Or anyone that experienced the same situation?
