Very new to code, Trying to make a rollover show data from a spreadsheet.
Hello sorry if this all doesn't make sense as this is my first jump into coding that wasn't just tumblr themes haha
I have an idea I want to code for a website where there is an image say like a map with little locations on it. I want to have it when you rollover it instead of it just lighting up or changing to a single set change I want it to change to show something linked to a google sheet or something similar.

Reason why I want it in a spreadsheet is so I wouldn't have to edit the website every time something updates other people who have access to the google sheet can do it at any time.
And reason why I want it as a rollover so you can still look at the image as a plan map so you can see the pretty flower beds or displays on it.
If anyone has helpful tutorials or can point me in the right direction would be super appreciated!
