This hobby eats up allot of time. You could say it’s time consuming. Especially when I go back for seconds.

Sold sold sold and fucking sold, I came out a whole 37 dollars on top making these, OH YEA WE’RE GOING TO DENNY’s

Charcoal practice

I thought I would have another go at charcoal as well as pencil I recently started.i saw an open call for ghostly figures but thought pyrography was the wrong medium.

How to transfer design?

Hello! I am brand new to pyrography, so this may be a total noob question…

How do you transfer your design onto the surface you are burning? I got some charcoal paper and tried tracing the design onto the cork board frame I bought, but it’s not transferring over well enough for me to be comfortable burning it. I’ve attached some pictures to show what I mean. Any help is appreciated!

First time doing animals, how could I improve? Pretty proud of it actually

This went a lot better than I thought it would. Originally I was going to just be doing the dog in the middle, but I decided to add the bearded dragon on top of the dog because I realized I drew too small so the board looked blank. Then I decided to do the second bearded dragon because I'm making this for a friend whose dog this is and also has two bearded dragons, so I thought it'd only be fair to add both. I actually really like how this turned out, but there's definitely a lot I wish I did differently so I thought I'd post it to hopefully get some constructive criticism

A tray I pyrographed and painted

I thought you guys might like to see my most recent project! hand-pyrographed and hand-painted it. I also added some gold leaf and resin for an extra bit of sparkle ✨
