On Lime
Approximately 6hrs start to finish ♥️
Little cutie, found this image on Facebook in a free reference pic group, found what i thought was the perfect piece of wood and neglected to see it was oak
After nearly 10 hours I'm finally getting somewhere but oak is so slow going 🙏🤣
So yeah, that's why hes called Oakley😅... Because my partner walked in on me muttering to myself and asked me what was wrong and i responded "This is Oak" very flatly. He responded "No, love... That's a cow" 🤣🙏👍
Im a pyrography artist who has always loved nature 🙏 it was a wicked photo to begin with, you can see it in the second photo 🙏
I find with nearly every piece i hit a wall of "oh god its terrible"
With this fox it was an hour in. Id just done a small amount of line work and i was ready to give up already 😂
I started blending the lines into the darker parts of the shading to help the fox stand out, and finally after another 5 hrs id finished with something i was proud of ♥️
Just got a bit of writing to finish off and a little tidying up to do but the main part of burning is done 🙏🙏🙏
Very proud of this one
Asked to create a memorial piece for a lady who lost both her best animal friends close together. Ive done a few dogs now but still feeling very nervous about it 😅
Any fans of Demon Slayer?
Posting on behalf of a friend. She has only been doing pyrography for a few months and was commissioned by a friend to do this piece of art. Having finally finished it to the persons specifications they said they can't afford it and so it's available again.
She's picked it up so quickly and very proud of her, it's such a cool piece!
If you'd like to talk to her about buying it or just follow her journey you can find her on Instagram @_pandapops_
I'm now looking for any other food refs to continue because these were so fun
