Volume 24 is planned to release on June 4th, it will cover both Red Baron (peak) and Chameleon (slop) fights, and end on the amnesia reveal. Since it releases soon, there is a pretty big chance we'll get to see a sneak peak this monday. Based on the content, the cover will most likely feature both Jiji and Kouki. Some people mentioned how we're not sure when the next chapter releases. Mangaplus shows us the next week, but Shounenjumpplus mentions the week after. It can be a mistake, stuff like that alredy happened before. There is also a chance this is another "special illustration" situation and we are about to get the volume, and possibly the next omake, as the next "chapter". We'll have to wait and see. In case there is no chapter, don't blame Tatsu, he isn't the one in charge of telling people about the release schedule.

Another thing, volume 27 will cover chapters 229-237, so there are 3 chapters left. We can expect something big in the coming weeks.

On June 4th, they will release volume 24, concluding the first act of the ultimate yokai saga; so it's time for the question of the day, which will be about the omake of this volume. I'm going to guess that we'll see how Shinobi stole Zuma's powers and extend the scene of how he stole Momo's powers.

When the Dragon Knights had Okarun and Shitarori under control at the end of this week's chapter, this guy appeared, which leads me to an interesting theory: I don't think he's Izumo Taisha's envoy, but he is related to him—either as a subordinate or a comrade-in-arms in the Association of Sorcerers, aka AoS. And why do I say this?

If you don't know, read chapter 211, where the CSG warned the Red Baron that the association was on high alert and that it would be difficult to act now. So, given the setup, it wouldn't be surprising if some members were keeping a watchful eye on the attacks on the Koizuka knives,What and the Count didn't inform the Paladins of any of this. This would put the Paladins in a very bad position, not to mention that Giles de Reis and the Serbian vampire will probably be captured to extract information, either gently or through torture (which is likely to happen). And it also leaves the Count with the possibility of continuing to manipulate Vlad.

So, I just saw the newest chapter of Dandadan, and I'm glad to say that Sensei didn't dissapoint me at all. Just a reminder that this is my personal opinion and spoilers ahead.

Okay, putting all that aside; The newest chapter of Dandadan really made me happy. They combined action and slight romance into the panels so it's really touching. We have new info about the Seal-Man, the Black Barber (which isn't the 'weird hairdo' barber) and the goons that are obviously inspired by Leatherface. It did have some humor, and sometimes lacked action for dialogues but overall it was a solid chapter. What I'm talking about is Okarun..

He basically turned it all back around for the Okarun X Aira shippers and showed his actual love of her even in near-death, there's basically no way people can deny that. Tatsu-Sensei legit made it clear; even when he's almost dead, he cares about Momo being captured before his own health. Aira did such a good job too, she also cares for the group overall (especially Okarun, obviously).

What I really loved the most is that we had a short cliffhanger that basically twisted my understanding. When he said he was the 'Barber' I was thinking, "Oh, he did a fade on Kinta, but the other way around". Turns out, two different people, also the barber really is a good guy unlike the theories. I wonder, are they brothers/twins? They seem to have the same style.
