Looking to get into Pyrography

Looking to get into Pyrography

Happy Wednesday!

Wanting to get into a creative hobby in my spare time to stay off the phone and decompress at night. I have always been pretty artistic, and loved tracing when I was younger lol. I saw pyrography and it looked beautiful, especially with the fact I love wood decor around homes and finishing it with a clear coat to really make it pop.

Anyways, is it a pretty beginner friendly hobby to get introduced to? I dhave kind of looked into it but it is pretty straight forward. I am not trying to go onto some spending spree until I really think its a hobby that will last. What would be the best starter burning kit? Been seeing some on Amazon.

Is it really necessary to have two burners? Should I just get the $90 one so down the road if I get better, then I can utilize both? Please let me know thoughts, I really appreciate the knowledge!
