I've made a biceps strap for my tiny Amazfit Active 2 Square - 5 minutes stitching work, and I got a nice Helio Strap substitute! I don't like anything on my wrist, so it could be a perfect way to have all the metrics while keeping my wrists free.

But there's a problem: how do I start any workout from the Zepp app when my biceps is covered by clothes? I couldn't find any option in Zepp other than automatic workout detection. Is starting a workout on the watch is the only option?
