Recommend lens for jiu-jitsu

Anyone have experience shooting jiu jitsu indoors? I am thinking of rolling with Canon R8 my nifty fifty, and RF 100-400 for some in the stands pictures when I can’t be mat side.

What shutter speed would you recommend? I was thinking 800ish for the faster action.
