Hi guys, I wasn't planning on a career in the finance industry, but a recruiter had reached out to me and I have an interview for the technology / digital part of the business.

The issue is, since I wasn't planning on a career in finance I have 5 facial piercings (bridge, nostril and 3 eyebrows), how much of an issue is this likely to be in the interview?

I want to give myself a fair chance but don't want to change how I look for an interview that I didn't even apply for, unless I replaced them with clear piercings so they look a bit more professional? What does everyone think?

It's an interview over zoom but they said to wear business casual - my issue is that I have 5 facial piercings, is this likely to be an issue? (Also blue hair)

The interview is obviously position in the digital department so it won't be as strict in the rest of the company, however my current company is fairly relaxed so I'm just not sure if these will be fine? I could potentially replace them with clear ones if that would help. Thoughts?
