My PC won't go beyond safe mode.
I left it on to grab some food and when I came back the monitors were off (I'm used to this because I've had power supply issues in the past and it's normally fine). I hit the restart button on the case and the following happened:
It booted for a while before appearing on what looked like a BIOS, no mouse function and all looked very old.
I restarted again and it did the same thing.
Now it is booting into recovery saying it can't repair. I've tried auto repair, restoring to an earlier time, using sfc scannow and the health command prompt, resetting the pc to reinstall windows (just says it can't). Also trying taking out the power cable for a bit, friend said it could have been a static buildup (they also said there could be a hardware issue because it makes a distinct click when turning on as the fans spin up, he knows more about this stuff than I do.
On boot up it shows an error message for C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
Windows 11, RTX A4000H, 850W PSU, intel core i7 4770, Dell OKWTV8 motherboard, 16gb ram DDR3.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm fine with resetting the entire thing and would have by this point if it would let me.
