Is there a name for sentences with repeated sounds, for example, "is there NO NOMAD MAD at me?

I thought of this sentence: "is there no nomad mad at me" and found the pattern of "no no" and "mad mad" particularly bizarre. Is there a name for this kind of thing? Also, would like to read comments of bizarre sentences with this particular pattern.
