Seeking investors to help revamp and older, yet still living mall.

I am seeking several or one larger investor who might be interested in creating something very unique that will draw many different businesses, and inspire people along the way.

Looking into renting and creating a new artistic and culinary experience inside/around an old mall, The mall where they filmed stranger things is halfway for sale, and rent. I would like to find some investors who would help me transform this landmark in GA into an interactive digital museum, liminal space venue, and foodtruck alley. This is a good intro for larger investors who might want to buy the real estate and lease it out, or maybe help the crowdfunding campaign.

I am in the process of building a group of digital artists who would all install different somatic, aesthetic and experimental spaces to create a meow wolf type of art installation that would also double as film, music, and rental venues.

Basically, it would be an art museum and play center during the weekends, and during the week, you could have weddings, parties, and other events in the themed room. All while restoring and using the old mall courtroom as a nostalgic space, and perhaps even bring back certain stores for the real experience. Look at it as a revamp job for a very large once thriving business with-in an area close to the mall of GA, and only 20 minutes from ATL.

Follow me if you want to potentially help build a crowdfunding campaign to help save this landmark, and message me if you are digital, and or artist who would like to apply for a grant to do an installation, perform, or have any questions.

Is going nomadic a survival instinct to a parasitic society?

After a year of living on the road and trying to integrate back into society, it's harder for me to justify all of the unneeded costs that come with normal living.

Follow me for more nomadic and artistic project vibes.

I've been in and around many of these forums for years, and as much as I like the ideas, and think it is ultimately the future, how do we take these ideas to the next level and actually start prototyping and funding ventures?
