I have a lovely custom Marinoni that I can now only ride for 3-4 kms at a time. I'd really like to set it up to train for Handcycling with Rouvy. Does anyone have any advice about doing so?

It seems like a bit of a production to use my Freedom Concepts Strae with my Elite XRT smart trainer because the Strae has an internal 8-speed hub.
