Pre-order ND side seat storage
My son is an excellent designer and 3D modeler. I recently asked him to design and print Miata ND side seat storage trays and is offering them for sale for his first small business.
Printed in PLA, these are symmetric trays that clip to the side of the driver and passenger seats (allowing fore/aft movement of seats on sliders) and solves a lot of problems.
I go to yoga daily and I STILL hate twisting around to pull anything out of the center storage cubby. These trays are designed to fit iPhone (standard and max) as well as Kleenex travel packs, and other random stuff. They lock securely and are quiet. Passengers now have somewhere to store their phones (instead of their lap or shoved next to their leg)!
Stored in mine is a std iPhone along with a magnetic 3-card MagSafe wallet, Kleenex, a felt cover for my metal shift knob, chapstick, and space for keys.
It also frees up the center storage for sunglasses (which won’t fit when there’s a phone inside). Finally everything has a place. Nearly invisible when top is closed, and barely visible when the top is left open.
He receives all proceeds, I’m free packing labor and a test mule.
