SKY Fiber Migration
Hi, first time posting here.
Nahihirapan na po kasi kami about our internet provider. Last year by December 2025, napansin namin na yung binabayaran namin na P1,500.00 for 150mbps ay hindi tama based sa inooffer nila (should’ve been 300mbps). Nag-raise ako ng ticket about it and they told me to wait for the fiber migration kasi need daw palitan yung modem namin na Black. Months passed til now andami naming naging issue, nito lang May nakareceive na naman kami ng email for an upgrade and we did register na naman. Nawalan kami ng internet May 17 then bumalik ng ilang araw then nawala na naman until now wala pa rin kaming internet. By the way sabi sa email nila madedecommission yung modem namin by June 1.
Nakailang follow up na ako and ticket raise, puro technicians ang pumupunta na iisa lang ang sinasabi - need na palitan yung modem. Pero until now wala pa rin pumupunta para palitan yung modem. For reference, since May 22 pa kami walang internet and until now no actions pa rin sila sa migration.
I am seeking out for suggestions kung may nakaranas na nito and anong need namin gawin for them to prioritize us kasi ino-auto end na nila kapag nakikipagchat ako sa messenger.
