Are the RXT 4070 Ti and Ryzen 7 7700 a good choice for a gaming PC budget of around $1,500?

I am currently trying to help my friend create a gaming PC build, and neither of have had any prior experience of building one before. Our budget is around $1,500. After stumbling around researching for the past few days this is what I've come up with:

4070 Ti - I found one that was around 500$

Ryzen 7 7700 - Most seem to be in-between $150-$200

1440p 180ishHz - 180$ https://www.amazon.com/1440p-monitor/s?k=1440p+monitor

motherboard - 99$ https://www.newegg.com/msi-pro-b550m-vc-wifi-matx-amd-motherboard-amd-b550-am4/p/N82E16813144548

DDR4 Ram - I found some for $200

(I did not put all the parts in for simplicities sake)

Is this decent? Or is there some random AMD graphics card I missed? I checked PC builds bottleneck calculator and it seems half decent. Any suggestions would help.
