I recently refunded an order and got a little message saying “On Us!” Whatnot will refund me this one time. Never done a refund before so I’m not sure what to do, the very next day the seller still ship the item. I’m looking for contact support email but can’t find a thing, I’m not sure if I should keep or return the items. I need help lol I’m super stuck on what I’m supposed to do as this is my first ever refund on whatnot.
