In this google sheet, I calculated their JIS cup sizes. There are three calculations, Bust minus Waist; which is entirely inaccurate as it disregards the flare from the waist to the underbust. Bust minus (Waist+6.5cm), which is closer to what their actual underbust might be. Finally Ratio, which is Bust - (Height x 0.382), where 0.382 is the idealized underbust to height ratio (for normal humans this is 0.432). This is also inaccurate, as many umamusume do not follow the idealized anime proportions, and we already have their Waist measurements.

The other columns show what their JIS cup size is, and the final column is deviation from the ideal ratio. (W+6.5 - Ratio), where 0 means their underbust is at the ideal proportions (underbust to height), positive means wider, negative means slimmer than what her height suggests.

And if you look at the sheet, Scarlet is an I cup, and only deviate from the ratio by 0.23cm, thus proving she is deserving of Miss Perfect.

You can also see some interesting standouts on this list and some interesting points to note. Such as things like; I always felt like Hishi Amazon doesn't seem that bigger than Scarlet, event though she is 92cm vs scarlets 90. Running the numbers, Scarlet is an I cup while Hishiyama is an H cup.

Of course I can also explain to you that such discrepancies (where the visuals don't match written data and you feel something is wrong) can be explained by all 3D models use a shared standardized mesh; i.e. if you would actually measure the 3D models, they won't match their written official measurements. (this is very obvious if you watch a compilation clip of Umamusume in the same pose (Daiwa Scarlet shares the same mesh with Air Groove, for example).

But, this is just an analysis of the given official measurements, plus the visual mesh does follow closely the waist+6.5cm measurements.

Some other interesting things I observed in the data; Gentildonna surprisingly is a low H cup, Gold Ship is slightly bigger than her. Also Golshi has a smaller size than Scarlet (which matches the visuals in the anime).

Also looking at Belno Light's measurements including her height, there's a very noticiable mismatch with what we see in the manga and anime and the given measurements, in other words her measurements are sus (I do not see this with any other character that appears in game - which I hypothesize that Belno's sources are playing more loose while the in game characters are held up to a tighter QC)

And of course you can see Meisho Doto is still the undisputed champ. And McQueen and Suzuka are both the most flat, but of note McQueen is close to her ideal proportions.

Not the dream result, but a win is a win. I'll make sure to get her to sing Ms. Victoria in the next CM, Libra Cup. It's a Mile CM on turf, so it's perfect.

And if you look at the gaps, 4L from 1st, that's quite respectable.

Some notes; A&S helped, but it doesn't do the usual accel boost (dirt C holds back quite a bit). On races where her special skill procs just before the corner and then A&S procs, she wins, but it's very RNG.

Two front runners also help by boosting each other, and helps in overcoming PDM as well as guaranteeing spot struggle, See Ya later!, Operation Cacao, α-star*, and of course Resplendent Red Ace.

It's a long shot, but in Graded B there is a chance.
