Basically what the title says.

Debating on whether I should play Vanilla Y or if I should use Wilting Y (some friends recommended it to me) for my first ever playthrough of the game?

I like the idea of the game being more balanced and less of a steam roll. But I'm worried about having all Pokemon from previous gens available might ruin experiencing 6 for the first time?

Interested to hear the opinions and/or suggestions of others
