This ring is a size 10 and looks like it was maybe sized once. It’s marked sterling with a hallmark I can’t find. Seems to be an R with a V connecting to and upside down F. There is a bent arrow over the top. Main ring is silver with heavy patina, the rope tests 14k and everything else appears to be copper. Any thoughts and opinions are welcomed!

Picked up this very small cuff which fits my wife’s tiny wrist but wondering if it could be a child’s? Is it possibly a novelty or a real piece for a small person? No real identifying marks but see last pic of some kind of mark inside near end bracelet. Seems to have some age. Any info or opinion is appreciated. is appreciated.
