AITA: roomate edition

My roomate and I (both girls) have lived together since September of 2025.

So she looks at me Friday the 22nd and says, "my friend Jake is going to spend the night tonight."

"Oh-" I say shocked. I wasn't asked if it was ok for him to do so. She says,

"Only for one night."

Im writing this Tuesday the 26th. He has spent the night for four nights and his car is still here.

He is nice and they have been quiet but AITA for being really upset he's been here that long?? I want to sit her down and talk about setting boundaries but Im the only one who ever sets boundaries with her. She never sets boundaries and ive asked her to but she says "you dont do anything that makes me upset." But I know that where resentment lives, honesty doesn't. I feel like im nagging since im the only one who sets boundaries? So ya-

AITA??
