Attack Speed Values
Finally someone have found the attack speed values.
The test was done counting the frames and the time recording the game at 4 different levels of attack speed 0, 5, 10 and 15
And here the results
- Weapons
0->5 12,5% increase
0->10 18% increase
0->15 20% increase
(Some slighty difference in light and heavy combo but the value is barely the same)
- Unarmed
0->5 7,8% increase
0->10 15% increase
0->15 17,5% increase
- Bow/Guns/Blaster
0->5 7 % increase
0->10 11% increase
0->15 13,3% increase
What does it means?
It means that going from 10 attack speed to 15 you gain barely 2% attack speed it is very low so it means also that reach 10 is good go over only if you got room.
Now ve need to evaluate this also with the damage rule that is
- 1 point of crit outperform 1 Attack point After you reach 52 Attack.
And It Is pretty Logic, since your crit double your damage. But if your base damage sucks have a 30% chance to double It (each point is 2% crit chance) matters less than raise your base damage.
So first have a good base damage then add a chance to double it.
It Is Just math.

This means that the priority is attack till 52 then slot crit and, at the end, take room attack speed over 10
About going to 15 in attack speed i remember to everyone that the armor slot are limited and there are a lot of good stuff for damagin purpose to equip as abyssal gear like;
- You need momentum for 35% increased damage in turning slash
- at least one relentless abyssal gear increase a lot your damage
- the 2 element abyssal gear need to be slotted (usually you make 4 pair of gloves or boots with both the elemental jewels so you switch element for the needed element/ weakness and switch also gloves.)
those three exemple outdamage EACH the small gain to attack speed from 10 to 15 and keep in mind that to reach 5 point you need at least 2 abyssal gears.
So at the end it is good to have till 10 over if you got slot but avoid to gimp yourself for the small gain it gives.
