Is 1200 a bad idea for me?

Heya!
I’m 24 + 5’5” and not active at all - and I started eating 1200/day for this past week. It’s been great, really easy to hit with wiggle room which surprised me.

Thing is, from my general estimate from what I cut, I was eating and drinking maybe 1800-2200 a day; maybe more. I was even slowly dropping or maintaining around 204lbs with that. (Goal weight is 155lbs).

I’m now feeling extremely weak and dizzy all day. I had a weird issue previously where I would get dizzy if I don’t eat every so often so I was hesitant to start this overall - but, I found a way to eat every few hours and stay within the calorie limits.
