I am returning to school at 36. Haven't been to college in 20 years. When I went, laptops weren't allowed in class. I learned in my orientation that they are now mandatory. I am a pen and paper person, so I am already struggling with the idea of having to do tests and notes digitally. But my main concern is the noise. I get overwhelmed very quickly by noises and have a hard time focusing.

How do people stay focused and not get overstimulated by 40+ people all typing and clicking at the same time?

I haven't tried loops before, does anyone know if this would help?
