[Discussion] Support Unhelpful
Long story about 3 weeks ago i was key-logged due to my pc being on a work domain and a person in the organization clicking a phishing link and i lost my Tarkov account, I contacted support and surprisingly (after some research i found out they have notoriously terrible support) they got back to me requesting some more info which i provided within the hour. That was 3 weeks ago.
What should i do? Stick it out and wait for another response? Send a follow-up email? Or just cut my losses and buy a new account?
