
Fist bad review and it’s incorrect
This buyer left me my first non 5 star review, it is totally incorrect though, what would you do in my position.
I contacted the seller by Etsy messages just after they placed their order asking for their inside message, sometimes this happens and after 3 days (my processing time) I then post the card to them and they are fine with this as it’s their mistake for not providing it.
After delivery the customer emailed me saying they were disappointed that it didn’t have the message in and they wanted to know how I would rectify it. It looks like they thought the example message in the listing was the actual message.
I emailed back straight away explaining that the example message was just that, an example, but as I believe in customer service I would be happy to reprint and send a new card FOC with what ever message she wanted. 3 days later no response and then this review drops.
I am gutted, what would you do in my place, I know if I respond to her review it’s set in stone then.
