I saw poofy Mina in another Reddit post here and I wanted to trigger the effect myself. It is very simple and there is around 1/10 chance that Mina's coat become poofy after exiting the Underlab.
Sadly there is no poofy Beast Mina.

Everyone in the game have 45° view angle portraits and then there is Lionel who just stares directly into your very soul.
