Wait, am I missing something? In Brand New Day, the enemies in the final scene were being controlled by Jean, but they were released after Peter got shot. So wouldn’t they have seen Peter’s face?

If that’s the case, doesn’t that mean Peter’s identity is exposed again? And it gets even worse because the Damage Control people were literally there too. Unless there’s some explanation for why they don’t remember his face, this feels like a pretty massive plot hole or maybe it’s going to be important later.
