PC randomly shuts down. Turns on when I touch the CPU cooler. Is it short circuiting?
Hey guys, I just put together a brand new PC. I have ensured that all connections are secure, the motherboard has the correct standoffs and mounting screws.
Still experiencing random shut downs, only when I touch the CPU cooler everything starts to power on. Could this be a short circuiting issue?
