Temporarily taking care of a cat til we find a new owner but I’m concerned

So my relative dropped this cute cat in my place due to bad allergies and we’re trying to find her a new owner but there are 2 issues

1- we can’t let her inside because im starting to get allergy reactions from her as well, rash, sneezing etc…

2- because we are forced to keep her outdoors and where I’m from its really hot outside, im concerned about the heat. She is a hairy breed and i see that she is panting quite often even though she has a nice shady place to hangout

That being said I am providing her with clean water, dry and wet food regularly

So should I be concerned about the panting?

Also why does this cat in particular give me allergy?

Cat for adoption

Previous owner doesn’t want the cat and can’t be bothered to look for a new owner for her so im doing it instead cuz she deserves it :)

She is a female and is sterilized

Not vaccinated as far as i know

About 2 yrs of age

a house cat not a street cat

Very polite and quiet

Reason previous owner didn’t want her is she triggers allergies for him

She is a cutey with beautiful green eyes ✨
