Worth trying to get a refund? Only had their cookies a few times in the past

Ordered the large cake batter cookie and this is what I got. I went a few weeks ago and got a cinnamon roll cookie that was nearly doubled the size of this. Was wondering if it's worth the hassle of trying to get a refund or something since I don't have much experience with them! Thanks
