What are the best ways to get more members on a team?

This is our second year of doing FTC and we have definitely noticed that we need some new members in order to have a fully fledged out team. We are the only FTC team in our area, and are under a nonprofit without any school. We have already put up flyers in different businesses local to our area, and have participated in local markets. We have yet to have anyone seem interested in joining our team. I was just wondering if any other teams have had this issue before, and if/how you were able to solve it.

Despite my husband not having any official birthday, I specifically celebrate his birthday on today, April 27th. Today is national crow and raven day in the US, so I thought it would be quite fitting to make his birthday be that day. He is so kind <3
