Hey! Joining the UK office ( Canary Wharf ) soon, as a SDE. I was wondering what the dress code is?

Do I have to go for full formal? I come from a general software engineering role where hoodies are more so expected.

What are we expected to show up wearing? Is all black turtleneck + formalish pants good enough.
