Question about rating PTSD/TBI/Migraine

I am new to all of this and really confused. I was already 50% PTSD and did a claim for TBI/ Migraines. I was awarded 50% for migraines and 40% for TBI but the TBI was coupled with the PTSD. This is what I am confused about. My PTSD arises from a totally different incident than the TBI where I got a skull fracture that was clearly documented since I spent a month in hospital with it. How can they be rated together? Don't get me wrong, I am walking on sunshine with my current rating of 90%. Everyone has been awesome with me at the VBA and had two really good c&p examiners. Just a bit confused.

Also, I had another physical injury that has caused ED where the VA surgeon told me due to my injuries the nerves and arteries where damaged in my privatebto cause the ED. No miracle pill or shot worked and so the VA did an implant and I am able to make love to my with for the first time in decades. But the VBA have me special compensation pay due to PTSD when it has nothing to do with mental health, it was due to a bunch of sick fucking Marines who thought it would be fun to play pin the tail on the donkey with me with a plunger while others took turns and help me down all because I stood up for angay Corpman. Granted that is the main reason for the PTSD but not the ED which was caused by physical damage to the private parts. This is why neither pills or injections would not work for my ED, only implant. Can someone please explain this to me. This was also documented in my service record.

I amn ust a few percentage points away from hitting a hundred and not quite sure what to do if anything. Seemsnlike they are lumping everything into my PTSD..thanks for eveything
