Need Some Help Understanding
Hit a small curb the other week with my 2025 subaru wrx thought to get my allighment checked (new car just want to be sure). Went to pep boys got the first image for an allignment report was told rear passenger was not able to get toed in due to toe arm damage (this is the opposite side from curb strike) . Seemed like the guy didnt know what he was talking about so I brought the car over to second shop for another opinion a day after and they managed to get everything in check (second image) they said no damage was found. Notable the second shop found that the allignment on the front wheels was way off. What happened here, did I get scammed by pep boys, was it an uncalibrated allignment machine, did the tech just not know what they were doing? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
